Global Dairy Trade Auction Drops Again

The GDT Price Index declined 4.9% compared to the previous event, reflecting lower average values across the dairy products traded. The average winning price settled at USD 3,793 per metric ton, establishing a new benchmark for global dairy trade.

The trading session maintained a high level of commercial activity. A total of 148 bidders participated in the auction, with 111 successful bidders following 17 bidding rounds conducted over 2 hours and 46 minutes. These figures indicate that buyer interest remained solid despite the decline in prices.
